The leadership team

John Barker is the recipient of over 100 international awards during his 30-year career. Before founding the agency in 2003, he served in senior positions within Grey Worldwide and Sony Music.

Sandi Harari joined BARKER in 2006, making the agency one of only 3% in the business to boast a female Creative Director at the time. Sandi has over 20 years of experience in advertising and branding.

Mary Beth — MB to everyone — is no stranger to the advertising world, even starting her own shop over the course of her tenure in the business. As Chief Executive Officer, she helps steer clients and focuses on building the BARKER brand.

Kim's 18+ year career has been dedicated to the growth of BARKER and its wide-ranging roster of clients. She leads the account services team with a unique blend of account, strategy, business, and production acumen and a healthy love of creative challenges.

Located in Downtown Manhattan, BARKER is perched on the 35th floor of 225 Broadway, just adjacent to the World Trade Center and City Hall. The views are spectacular, with Lady Liberty, The Freedom Tower, and the sunset over the Hudson all just outside our windows.
