Humanizing IBS-D

When you suffer from IBS-D, attacks can happen at any moment, and it’s that very fear that eats away at your emotional bandwidth. We used this key consumer insight to develop an empathetic campaign, innovative for the pharma space, that destigmatizes an embarrassing condition. By exposing our lead character’s inner monologue, we’re able to bring emotional resonance to an often formulaic category.
